2. Washing and drying

3. Post exposure

main reasons:

III. the resin plate cannot be washed away.

L. the plate material of the resin plate has exceeded the shelf life, or light leaks during production, storage and transportation, and the resin plate is photosensitive and hardened
2. The water temperature is too low when washing and brushing the plate
3. The film darkroom treatment is poor, and the negative film has poor light shielding and low density
solution:
1. The storage period of resin plate is about half a piece. Printing manufacturers should buy according to the production capacity and dosage of the factory. Do not buy too much blindly, otherwise it will cause overdue failure
2. The resin version is a photosensitive material, which is most afraid of light leakage during production, storage and transportation. When saving the resin plate, the temporarily unused plate should be placed in a sealed box and sealed with a black plastic bag; The resin plate shall be stored in a dry and moisture-proof place
3. When brushing the plate, the water humidity shall be controlled at about 60-70 ℃. If the water temperature is too low, it will affect the dissolution of the non photosensitive resin plate film after encountering water; When the water temperature is high, the dissolution is accelerated
IV. there are patterns or scars on the resin plate

solution:

Post exposure (light replenishment) shall be carried out after drying and heat curing treatment, and excessive light replenishment shall not be allowed, otherwise it is easy to harden and embrittle the resin. You can see that the layout changes from green to light red and then to ancient yellow. In case of serious curl of the plate, soak it in water for 5-10min and then dry it again
3. Recognize the production date when using the plate. The expired and deteriorated plate is easy to curl and should not be used again
VI. the printed pictures and texts are incomplete

2. When the negative plate is inked, the graphic part of the negative film is dirty, and the red tear film fragments of the composition fall onto the negative film

solutions:
1. Develop good working habits of civilized and safe production. Before printing, clean the dust, oil stain, ink spots, paper scraps and other dirt inside and outside the glass plate of the printing machine with water or cotton wool dipped in alcohol
2. Be careful when tracing ink on the negative. Don’t trace the picture and text. Print the plate after the ink is dry. Cover the plate with a red tear film to prevent fragments from falling off and blocking the light on the picture and text, resulting in incomplete pictures and text
3. When brushing the resin version, the force should be uniform, first heavy and then light; The bristles should not be too hard. At the same time, it is also necessary to prevent hard objects from scratching the layout and causing damage
